  • Store botanical serums and hardware in climate-controlled environments to prevent thermal degradation prior to consumer sale.
  • Adhere strictly to the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) guidelines provided by DR. GREEN HQ to protect brand equity.

3. Medical Disclaimer

While DR. GREEN utilizes ISO-7 cleanrooms, medical-grade manufacturing facilities, and clinical aesthetics, our botanical vapour systems are not registered medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any claims made by distributors suggesting otherwise are strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

All content, telemetry, designs, firmware, graphics, and architectural layouts associated with DR. GREEN remain the exclusive intellectual property of the brand. Wholesale partners are granted a limited, revocable license to use official marketing assets solely for the promotion of authorized products. You may not reverse-engineer our hardware or synthesize our proprietary botanical profiles.

5. Liability & Hardware Warranty

DR. GREEN guarantees that all aerospace-grade hardware is free from manufacturing defects upon delivery. Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of defective units confirmed through our serial telemetry network.

  • We hold no liability for device malfunction resulting from third-party modifications, unauthorized coil tampering, or improper charging protocols.
  • Consumer warranty claims must be processed through the verified retailer where the transaction occurred.

6. Governing Law

These terms and all structural operations of DR. GREEN Wholesale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these protocols shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Western Cape.
